This week we’re vibing the Reunification of Germany – 25 years to be exact – and celebrating with dancefloors, cocktails, brunch and the great man that is Nozinja.
Berlin – below are our picks for the week ahead. Each of them is either highlighted with a:
Bron loves it! – more electronic, than not.
Lucy loves it! – more indie boy band/ pop vibes/ not techno.
Everyone loves it! – 2.5 words: shit’s ACE and/or edible/drinkable.
***DISCLAIMER: these aren’t the only discos that are going on – they are just the ones that stand out.
SAMSTAG – TAG DER DEUTSCHEN EINHEIT
BERGHAIN / PANORAMA BAR – Bron loves it!
Oh well hey, look where we are again. At risk of being uncreative with our party picks, we’d say that all roads lead to the Big Haus again this Sat/Sund (and Mond for the luckier amongst us). Celebrate 25 years of a reunified Deutschland, throw on your comfiest trainers and do it the “Berghainian way” with a marathon sesh both upstairs – Carl Craig, Honey Dijon, Ben UFO, Tama Sumo & mehr – and down – Function, Rodhad, DJ Pete, Boris, Karenn (live) & mehr.

HALLESCHES HAUS – Everybody loves it!
Our friends at Hallesches Haus are serving up their first brunch. Prediction – fucking delicious. Also if you’re yet to check out this beautiful space with ridiculously beautiful things for purchasing and/or lusting over, it’s time you did. Open from the Berlin-friendly hour of 13:00. Watch their page for the menu.
STATION-BERLIN – Everybody loves it!
A cocktail market on a Monday? Oh we are all in big big trouble. The Mixology Market aims to showcase top bartenders doing what they do best to the cocktail loving public, in the lead up to the annual Bar Convent Berlin (which falls more on the industry side of thangs). From 21:00 you’ll also find the annual Mixology Bar Awards broadcast around the venue. 20:00 start, 5€ entry, multiple vendors and plentiful samples. Bonus extra – if you haven’t been there yet, STATION-Berlin is also a pretty sweet little expo venue.
YAAM – Everybody loves it!
Nozinja is back in the Haupstadt and we are really excited. His sweaty, fast-paced show last May was up there for the most fun we had a gig all year, and now with a new album (Nozinja Lodge, out on Warp) behind him we’re looking forward to more of his Shangaan Electro sound and moooooves. Not yet acquainted? Head over here, here or here. Bonus extra – his outfit game is really on point. Doors at 20:00, tickets over here. This one comes highly recommended.
